Description

VoiceXML (VXML) is a digital document standard designed for dialog control flow manipulation. It enables users to create audio dialogs for synthesized speech and digitized audio, manage the recognition of spoken and DTMF key input, monitor user inputs through interpreter contexts, analyze and manage the incoming call, acquire the initial VoiceXML document and answering the call, contrive dialog flow and recognize DTMF input, as well as assign the input results to document-defined request variables. Features include session management, event management, implicit form interpretation algorithm (FIA) support, dual-tone multi-frequency (DTMF) input capability, user speech recording, and phrase recognization capability.
