Conectas is a non-governmental, not-for-profit organization based in São Paulo, Brazil, founded in September 2001. Its mission is to promote human rights and strengthen the Rule of Law, particularly in the Global South, which includes regions in Latin America, Africa, and Asia. Conectas envisions a just world with a diverse and effective human rights movement, emphasizing transparency and democracy in national institutions and the international order.
