Exemplas, established in 1993 and owned by the University of Hertfordshire, is a hybrid organization that blends public-sector values with private-sector innovation. Since its incorporation in 2000, it has supported over 600,000 SMEs and managed more than £500 million in public sector contracts. With a team of over 100 employees, including experienced advisers, Exemplas is dedicated to fostering SME growth and enhancing regional economic development.
