About Phaphama SEDI

Phaphama SEDI is a student-led non-profit organization founded in 2014 by University of Cape Town students. It focuses on promoting entrepreneurship and small enterprise development in underserved communities, particularly in the Khayelitsha and Philippi townships of South Africa's Western Cape. The organization targets small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMMEs) that face challenges such as limited access to training, mentorship, and capital.
