About Proa

Proa is a Peruvian social enterprise based in Lima, founded in 2016. The organization connects volunteers, donors, and companies with charitable organizations, facilitating social contributions across the country. With a team of 51 to 200 employees, Proa has mobilized over 94,700 volunteers and contributed more than 4.8 million volunteer hours to over 710 social organizations in Peru.
