About The Seed Crew
The Seed Crew is a youth-focused program operated by The Food Project, a nonprofit dedicated to sustainable agriculture and food justice in Massachusetts. Aimed at young people aged 14 to 17, the program offers an entry point into urban and suburban farming while fostering leadership, teamwork, and civic engagement skills. Each summer, about 72 high school students work on farms in Boston, Lincoln, Lynn, Wenham, and Beverly.
