About Uminova Innovation

Uminova Innovation is a business incubator and innovation support organization located in Umeå, Sweden. Established in 2003, it aims to transform research-driven ideas into scalable businesses, primarily serving researchers, students, and existing companies in Northern Sweden. Owned by Umeå University, the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Umeå Municipality, and Region Västerbotten, Uminova Innovation has supported over 150 companies, creating more than 600 jobs and generating nearly 850 million SEK in annual turnover.
