His technical experience includes troubleshooting QuickBooks Enterprise and Professional versions. On the hardware side, he as the experience of specifying and/or maintaining computer equipment to produce the longest Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and the shortest Mean Time To Repair (MTTR).
