In 1981 (prior to the WEB as we know it) the Clone Store (then Direct-Tick Inc.) created, manufactured and distributed a direct connection to the New York Stock Exchange using the Apple II using proprietary Hardware/Software. Metamorphosis of the company proceeded from a small beginning servicing one (1) target market to a more diverse calling with a total of three (3) company owned retail computer stores in Pennsylvania and New York.
