Abas is a German enterprise resource planning (ERP) software provider, established in 1980. Originally founded as Abakus GmbH in Karlsruhe, the company has evolved into a global specialist for mid-market manufacturing and distribution businesses, serving over 4,000 clients and 120,000 users worldwide. Acquired by Forterro in 2019, Abas operates from its headquarters in Karlsruhe and has subsidiaries in the U.S., China, India, and Poland.
