About Industriens Pension

Industriens Pension is a Danish pension fund that manages a labour market pension scheme for employees under the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Industrial Employees. Founded in 1992 by the Confederation of Danish Industries and various unions, it operates as a closed system where all earnings are reinvested for the benefit of its members. The fund is headquartered in Copenhagen and serves around 400,000 members from approximately 8,000 companies across Denmark.
