Professional Management Company, LLC was a partnership of finance and operations professionals providing interim management and solutions to critical business events. Areas of specialization include financing, financial planning and consulting, mergers and acquisitions, internal audit, risk and control solutions, bankruptcy advisory, turnaround management, real estate developer/owner representation, manufacturing/operations and business model efficiency improvement. The partnership dissolved at the end of 2019 after 14 years.
