Westwind Capital is an investment manager and wealth advisory firm located in Las Cruces, NM and Denver, CO. Our legacy began in 1993 when Lord Spence & Associates was formed. The founders decided to break free from the institutional imperative; their mission was to place their clients' interest first instead of letting a large wire house dictate what their clients should invest in. In the early 2000s, the firm became Spence Asset Management and transitioned to a fee only advisory firm. Today, as Westwind Capital, we service clients in 40 states and continue to champion the same independent and autonomous thinking as our founders, keeping our clients' best interests top of mind. Our culture continues to be characterized by significant co-investment in firm strategies and a long history of continuity in investment team, advisors and operations personnel.
