Epic Consulting (Epic) is an independently contracted or "outsourced"​ Federal real estate development consulting practice that focuses on pursuing, winning and successfully managing long-term business contracts with the Federal government. Epic associates are involved in "C-suite"​ and executive-level government affairs marketing that assists a company's sales staff win business in the areas of VA & GSA to include: a program of requirements (POR) consulting; FF&E, interior design & architecture planning; build-to-suit (lease-back) construction development and investment sales. Additionally, we work with other owners, developers, investors and other brokers that desire to engage the services of Epic to develop and manage GSA and VA-leased facilities.
