Chris Brannon and Kelley Napier founded Georgia Estate & Elder Law, LLC to help seniors and families prepare for long-term care expenses. Our practice is unique in that we travel throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia meeting our clients where they are to provide Elder Law and Estate Planning Services. As an Elder Law partner, we help families with public benefits such as Medicaid and VA Aid & Attendance eligibility. Our Estate Planning services include Special Needs Trust planning, Power of Attorney, Advanced Directives for Health Care, Wills and Probate. We educate throughout the community and support our clients with highly vetted senior care resources, when needed.
