For over 25 years, Ben has developed an extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting a wide variety of telecommunications and related technology companies, agents, master agents, VoIP providers, MVNOs, VARs, MSPs, data centers, carriers, resellers and their enterprise customers as well as consortiums of telecom and IT providers. He has provided advice and counsel to many of the most highly regarded agencies, service providers and VARs in the industry and has served as corporate and/or regulatory counsel in numerous transactions with an aggregate value of several billion dollars. Ben has served as a director of several telecom companies and was also a co-founder of a private venture capital fund dedicated exclusively to the communications and connectivity industry. Ben has successfully represented clients throughout the United States in complex telecom, IT and cloud transactions.
