The Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) is a conceptual framework and standards organization focused on the e-discovery process. Established in 2005 by George Socha Jr. and Tom Gelbmann, EDRM aims to standardize practices in electronic discovery for legal purposes. In 2019, Mary Mack and Kaylee Walstad acquired EDRM and formed a for-profit company to further its mission.
