Elder Law & Advocacy is a private non profit law firm that assists seniors who are being victimized. Our Nursing Home Rights Enforcement Project sues nursing homes for abuse and neglect. Our Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program assists with Medicare and Supplemental Health Insurance Issues. Our Legal Services Program provides legal assistance to thousands of vulnerable Seniors each year. Our Elder Abuse Litigation Program assists with Elder Abuse Restraining Orders and Elder Abuse Litigation.
