About Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales

ICLR was established in 1865 by the legal professions to produce, at modest price, law reports of all the important cases decided in the senior courts. All our content is now published via ICLR Online, including the official series of The Law Reports (which should be cited in preference to all other series), The Weekly Law Reports (the leading general series for England and Wales) and three specialist series: The Industrial Cases Reports, The Business Law Reports and The Public and Third Sector Reports. We also index other publishers' reports and unreported transcripts, via Citator+ as an integral feature of ICLR Online.
