About Kompetensföretagen

Kompetensföretagen is a Swedish employer and trade federation that represents staffing, outplacement, and recruitment companies throughout Sweden. Established on October 1, 2003, through a merger of SPUR and Almega Services Employers’ Association, it operates under Almega, which consists of nine service-sector employer federations. The organization is also a member of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise.
