ROGERS LAW OFFICES was formed in June, 2008. The principal, Beth E. Rogers, has been practicing law in Georgia for over 14 years. The firm focuses on representing creditors and debtors in bankruptcy and pre‐bankruptcy workout matters. Creditor representations include lending institutions and real estate companies. We also represent debtors and debtors in possession, secured creditors, unsecured creditors and unsecured creditor committees as well as trustees in all types of debt restructuring, litigation and bankruptcy reorganization proceedings, including out‐of‐court workouts.
