About Waugh Law & Mediation

Waugh Law & Mediation provides legal and mediation services to clients in Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia. Since 2000, our office has provided assistance to hundreds of families with their legal problems ranging from car accidents, insurance disputes, crime victim's rights, consumer issues and civil rights. We provide the full range of options, including alternative dispute resolutions, such as mediation, as well as litigation, as we partner with clients to address their legal issues and reach their goals. We work with clients interested in collaborative practices, restorative justice, structured negotiation, as well as litigation to advocate for our clients.
