That said, Pearl Technology offers a wide array of managed I.T. services for small to medium size businesses, from VOIP phone systems to cloud services. Our business partners (Clients) often require more than just a "break-fix" computer repair technician. We consider ourselves to be advocates for our partner first, always. We strive to find the best solutions for our business partners, not the best way to simply sell something new. Our premier monthly managed services clients receive regular face to face meetings either in person, or by video conference as preferred. Monthly service is based on the number of workstations and/or servers or services. Remote pro-active monitoring of workstations, servers, and network devices is included with monthly managed services. Monthly customers also receive discounted break-fix hourly rates, as well as discounted after hours support.
