Frame Consulting is a research-based consulting firm that uncovers deep consumer insights and helps its clients leverage those insights to develop and implement effective marketing and communication strategies. Frame is the exclusive local partner to Olson Zaltman Associates in Mexico and Central America. We use the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET®) to dig deeply into consumers' thoughts and feelings. ZMET® is a proprietary (US patent No. 5436830) insight development tool developed by Professor Gerald Zaltman of the Harvard Business School. ZMET is based on the latest scientific understanding of how the mind works derived from cognitive and clinical psychology, cognitive neuroscience, anthropology, linguistics, and sociology.
