Guests get customized SMS alerts or calls when their table/food/order/prescription/appointment/etc. is ready, and these notifications can be used to let customers know about specials or drive them to social media pages. Businesses also get a ton of insight into waitlist trends and their guests, allowing them to recognize repeat customers and better plan staffing for busy/slow times.
