We look at I.T. as a service that you should be able to utilise just like Water, Gas or Electric. When you need it, it's there, we maintain it all behind the scenes. From a cost perspective, IT becomes a known cost of doing business and will only change based on planned increase or decrease in service (more staff, new software, compliance certifications etc) but ultimately it will become a forecastable known cost just like your mortgage or lease etc.
