About Central Service Association

Central Service Association (CSA) is a not-for-profit organization based in Tupelo, Mississippi, founded in 1937 by five public utilities. Its mission is to enhance the efficiency of public utilities through centralized expertise, serving both single and multi-service utilities, including those that provide broadband services. CSA is governed by a fifteen-member Board of Directors elected from member utilities, with guidance from a Technology Board composed of IT, engineering, and management personnel.
