SILICE, officially known as Silice Viticultores, is a family-driven viticulture project founded in 2013 by brothers Carlos and Juan Rodríguez and winemaker Fredi Torres. Located in the Ribeira Sacra winegrowing region of Spain, the company focuses on the traditional cultivation of vineyards on the steep slopes of the Sil River Canyon. SILICE manages about 8 hectares of organically farmed vineyards, primarily planted on granite soils.
