Inspiration from our electronic forms parent company, Dynamic Screening Solutions, Inc. (DSS), 321Forms is a robust, yet simple human resources onboarding software that's easy to learn and use, and integrates seamlessly into your existing payroll, hiring, and other HRIS software programs. The seed that was planted from a solution for multiple state programs being electronically consolidated into one single application, soon grew into the electronic forms parent company, DSS, which is used by many types of businesses today. We took the principals of DSS and created a paperless employee onboarding solution for human resources.
