Description

AWS CloudHSM is a cloud-based hardware security module (HSM) designed for security applications. It enables users to generate and use encryption keys on the AWS Cloud, deposit SSL or TLS processing for web servers, protect generated keys in AWS KMS by FIPS 140-2 validated cryptographic modules, encrypt and decrypt data on the symmetric and asymmetric algorithm, as well as store backups of the cluster. Features include hash-based message authentication, sign data cryptographically, database encryption, document signing, transaction processing, RSA key wrap support, and performance acceleration.
