Azure Container Instances is an application development and Hypervisor isolation platform designed for application developers. It enables users to develop applications without managing virtual machines; implement containers to the cloud with a single command; scale the compute resources for demanding workloads; secure applications without sharing a Kernal; ingest, process, and place source data in a durable storage location; and modify container instances into a subnet within the virtual network. Features include traffic spike management, data processing jobs, task management, automated event response support, and role-based access controls.
