Docker Swarm is a clustering and scheduling tool designed for IT administrators and application developers. It enables users to establish and natively manage a cluster of Docker Engines as a single virtual system, create a swarm of Docker Engines to deploy application services, assign addresses to the containers on the overlay network, and expose the ports for services to an external load balancer. Features include cluster management integrated with Docker Engine, declarative service model, state reconciliation, multi-host networking, service discovery, and load balancing.
