Description

SaberRD is a mechatronic design and simulation tool designed for design engineers. It enables users to simulate, analyze, and verify interactions between multiple physical domains (electrical, magnetic, mechanical, thermal, hydraulic), examine failure effects on virtual prototypes of any system, create a virtual system design supported by behavioral and categorized models, compute the intensive statistical analyses with grid computing, model and design electrical power systems and multi-domain physical systems, and test the system designs before physical prototypes are built. Features include model characterization tools, design portability, support for model language standards VHDL-AMS & MAST, model encryption, and distributed simulations.
