Initially established as a recruitment and process outsourcing agency, it shifted focus in 2007 to provide dedicated recruitment and consultancy services in business and sales development. The company strengthened its leadership in 2014 with the addition of Emmanuel Laquerrière, a retail expert, enhancing its capabilities.
