Make a Future - Careers in BC Education is a recruitment initiative created by the BC Public School Employers' Association in partnership with BC's public boards of education, the First Nations Education Steering Committee, and the Ministry of Education and Child Care. The initiative focuses on enhancing the education sector in British Columbia by providing a centralized platform for the recruitment, selection, and retention of educational staff.
