Dale Farm is the largest farmer-owned dairy cooperative in the UK, with over 60 years of history. Based in Belfast, it is owned by 1,300 dairy farmers from Northern Ireland, England, and Scotland. The cooperative structure supports both current and future generations of dairy farmers. Dale Farm employs around 1,200 people and operates eight sites across the UK, emphasizing sustainability through initiatives like its solar farm at the Dunman site.
