Isala is a leading hospital group in the Netherlands, primarily serving the Zwolle region. It operates two main hospitals, one in Zwolle and a smaller facility in Meppel, along with polyclinic services in Steenwijk, Kampen, and Heerde. The Zwolle hospital is the largest non-academic top clinical hospital in the country and functions as a regional center for secondary and tertiary care, including one of the eleven trauma centers in the Netherlands.
