Neighborhood Nurse was founded to help Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurse to practice at the top of their license. We believe that self-managing teams committed to the health and well being of the communities they live and work in is the future of total health, cost management and patient satisfaction. We believe our model responds positively to the nursing recruitment challenge and the current dissolution nurses have for their work environment. As primary care moves toward telehealth and the home our model will be the choice by patients and providers alike. Our tools and resources enable NPs & RN's to provide high quality, affordable, and personalized care, while we handle the administrative functions of their healthcare practices.
