I Hire is a Social enterprise that was created as a side project of Deskritorio Co - working, as we were in the co working environment we saw a that a lot of young people including our team, were either out of a job or underpaid, having a college degree maid it even more difficult to find a job. Young people are the population segment most affected by unemployment in El Salvador, studies show that the majority of national companies only offer low-wage temporary positions affecting the income of families and opportunities for young people. We all have been affected by these factors and that is why we have created I Hire as a source of decent employment for professionals with no previous experience, not only to provide economic income but also to help the person to develop as a professional, we are committed with the constant incentive and education of our team.
